Terms of Service

1. Service Description

Megflow provides done-for-you WhatsApp AI customer support agents for service businesses. We build, deploy, and manage AI-powered WhatsApp bots on behalf of our clients.

2. Payment Terms

Our services are billed monthly in USD. Payment is due at the start of each billing cycle. We accept international cards via Razorpay. Prices are as listed on our pricing page and may be updated with 30 days notice.

3. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time with 7 days written notice via WhatsApp or email. No refunds are provided for partial months. Upon cancellation we will hand over all assets related to your WhatsApp agent.

4. Service Delivery

We aim to have your WhatsApp AI agent live within 14 days of receiving all required business information. Delays caused by incomplete information from the client do not count towards this timeline.

5. Client Responsibilities

The client is responsible for:

• Providing accurate business information for AI training
• Maintaining an active WATI account if required
• Responding to escalated customer queries within business hours
• Timely payment of monthly subscription fees

6. Limitations

Megflow is not responsible for incorrect information provided by the client that results in incorrect AI responses. We are not liable for any business losses resulting from AI agent downtime or incorrect responses.

7. Intellectual Property

The AI system prompts, workflows, and technical infrastructure built by Megflow remain the intellectual property of Megflow. Client business data and conversation history belong to the client.
