1. About Megflow

Megflow ("Company", "we", "us") operates the AI GTM Engineering Platform at www.megflow.com and gtm.megflow.com. Customers connect their business systems (CRM, email, calendar, and more) and use AI agents to automate go-to-market work — account research, meeting preparation, CRM updates, and follow-ups. By subscribing to Megflow, you agree to these Terms of Service in full.

2. The Platform

Megflow is a subscription AI GTM Engineering Platform. Upon subscribing, you gain access to the features included in your plan:

• AI Workflow Builder: design and automate multi-step GTM workflows
• AI Agents: deploy specialized agents for research, meeting preparation, CRM updates, and follow-ups
• Knowledge Engine: connect CRM, documents, email, and calendar into one shared business context
• Integrations: connect the tools your team already uses via supported integrations, our REST API, and webhooks
• Workflow Monitoring: track workflow runs and agent activity from your dashboard (available on qualifying plans)

3. Subscription Plans & Pricing

Access to Megflow requires a monthly subscription. The following plans are available (see www.megflow.com/#pricing for current details):

• AI Sandbox — $99/month. For founders and startups beginning their AI GTM journey.
• AI Micro-Engine — $299/month. For businesses automating multiple GTM processes.
• AI Scale-Engine — $599/month. For revenue teams running advanced AI GTM operations.
• AI Enterprise-Core — custom monthly subscription, quoted individually based on your requirements.
• All prices are in USD and billed in USD regardless of location

4. Billing & Renewal

All plans are billed monthly and renew automatically until cancelled. Subscription payments are processed securely through our payment provider — we do not store your card or bank details. Enterprise and Custom AI Integration plans are billed according to the agreed monthly subscription before activation. There are no one-time setup fees unless agreed separately for custom project requirements. Prices may be updated with 30 days notice to active subscribers.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account or by contacting us at chat@megflow.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You retain full access to your dashboard and all features until the billing period ends. Your workspace data is retained for 30 days after cancellation before deletion.

6. Account Access

Upon successful subscription activation, your Megflow account is provisioned and you can begin connecting business systems and building AI workflows. Enterprise and Custom AI Integration plans may involve an onboarding period as agreed with our team.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Megflow platform only for lawful business purposes. You must not:

• Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, resell, or redistribute the Megflow platform or its technology
• Share your account credentials or allow unauthorised access to your account
• Use the platform in violation of any applicable local, national, or international law
• Connect business systems or upload content containing illegal, fraudulent, or harmful material
• Provide false or misleading information during account registration

8. Your Responsibilities

As a Megflow subscriber, you are responsible for:

• Reviewing AI agent outputs for accuracy before acting on them or sending them to customers
• Ensuring your use of connected business systems complies with applicable laws in your region
• Providing accurate information during account registration and workspace setup
• Keeping your login credentials secure and not sharing access with unauthorised users
• Timely payment of monthly subscription fees

9. Platform Availability

Megflow targets high availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party services (including connected business systems and AI providers), scheduled maintenance, or circumstances beyond our control.

10. Intellectual Property

The Megflow platform, AI agents, workflow engine, and dashboard are the intellectual property of Megflow. Your subscription grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the platform during your active subscription period. Your business data and the outputs your workflows generate remain yours.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Megflow is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the subscription fees paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim. You assume full responsibility for how you use the outputs generated by AI agents and workflows.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify active subscribers via email at least 14 days before any material changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. For international clients, any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to binding arbitration or the applicable courts in the jurisdiction agreed upon in writing.
