1. About Megflow

Megflow ("Company", "we", "us") operates a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform that provides AI-powered chatbot and automation software for businesses. By subscribing to and using the Megflow platform, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. The Platform

Megflow is a fully managed AI automation service. We build, configure, and manage AI chatbots for your WhatsApp Business and website channels — handling lead capture, customer conversations, broadcast campaigns, and business performance monitoring. Clients access a real-time dashboard to track leads, conversations, and activity. Megflow manages the full technical infrastructure; clients are responsible for the accuracy of their business information and compliance with their WhatsApp Business account policies.

3. Subscriptions & Payment

Access to the Megflow platform requires a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed monthly. A one-time setup fee applies at account creation. Prices are as listed on the Megflow Pricing page and may be updated with 30 days notice. All payments are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard or by contacting support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Upon cancellation, access to the platform is terminated and your bots are deactivated. You may export your conversation and lead data before cancellation.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Megflow platform only for lawful business purposes. You must not:

  • Use the platform to send spam, unsolicited messages, or violate WhatsApp Business Policy
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or resell the platform or its underlying technology
  • Upload or process any illegal, harmful, or fraudulent content through the platform
  • Share account credentials or allow unauthorised access to your account

6. User Responsibilities

As a platform subscriber, you are responsible for:

  • Maintaining a valid and compliant WhatsApp Business account
  • Ensuring the accuracy of business information used to configure your AI
  • Complying with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction regarding automated messaging
  • Timely payment of subscription fees

7. Platform Availability

Megflow targets 99.5% uptime but does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party services (including WhatsApp, Meta, or cloud infrastructure providers), scheduled maintenance, or events outside our control.

8. Intellectual Property

The Megflow platform, software, AI models, and infrastructure are the intellectual property of Megflow. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive licence to access and use the platform during your subscription period. Your business data, conversation logs, and lead information remain yours.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Megflow is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the subscription fees paid in the 3 months preceding the claim.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify subscribers via email at least 14 days before any material changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
